Gefokus op unieke, gebalanseerde groei vir individue, gefundeer in Christelike waardes, selfdissipline, wedersydse respek en diversiteit deur uitnemende opvoeding en onderwys.

Focused on the unique and balanced development of all individuals through excellent education and training, based on Christian values, self-discipline, mutual respect and diversity.

WAARDES  WAARVOOR  HOËRSKOOL  MONUMENT  STAAN:
1.   Ons is trots op die tradisies wat ons het en sal daarna streef om dit in die toekoms verder te ontwikkel en te vestig.
2.   Ons sal die waardes wat Hoërskool Monument onderskryf op 'n geloofwaardige en eerlike wyse uitleef.
3.   Om verantwoordelike en lojale samewerking tussen die skool en die gemeenskap te bewerk-stellig.
4.   Om erkenning te gee aan individue wat aanvaarbare lewenswaardes in ons omgewing uitleef.
5.   Ons sal poog daarna om met entoesiasme 'n dinamiese skoolgemeenskap te skep.
