Important Note: The School reserves the right to adjust Schoolbrands' price mandate to more expensive rates should certain of the designated website or email templates real estates become increasingly popular.
Schoolbrands have the sole mandate with regards to all exposure on the school website and Email templates.
All the exposure on any of the school's website and Email templates are to be contracted with Schoolbrands on behalf of the school.
Any and all hyperlinks on both the website and Email templates that are bases on commission earnings towards the school are still subject to the applicable advertising cost.
The following formula is therefore applicable:
- Rates, commission payable and amounts payable will be calculated and payed on a monthly basis.
- Should the commission earned for a specific month be more than the adverting costs due, with regards to exposure on any specific page, will the adverting costs be payed to Schoolbrands and the balance of the commission payed to the school.
- Should the commission earned for a specific month be less than the adverting costs due, with regards to exposure on any specific page, will the commission payer be liable to pay the commission and the difference applicable towards Schoolbrands.
- Should no commission be earned for a specific month, with regards to exposure on any specific page, will the commission payer be liable to pay the full advertising rate applicable
- Rates will be calculated according to the 12 month contract details.
- All hyperlinks will be charged at business cards rates.
Business Info Page Listing Service
- The Website Business Info Page Listing Service rate schedules are applicable to annual service level agreements with Schoolbrands, with monthly rates payable monthly in advance and annual rates payable annually in advance.
- All Service Level Agreements runs in quarterly cut off terms, terms being Jan to March, April to Jun, Jul to Sep, Oct to Dec. E.g. Should a business sign up (payment received by Skooldae.TV) for a annual listing on any day in January 2011, will the subscription expire on 31 March 2012 - Same with a subscription sign up made on 27 March 2011.
- Any and all business detail will be listed.
- This includes: Business Name, Contact Person, Contact Number, - Fax, - Cell, -Email and web detail.
- All Email and website links are included.
- A 900 x 900 pixel POP-UP window when scrolled over the name is included.
- The listing costs include all updated notifications received at webupdate@schoolbrands.co.za. Updates are done in bulk, once a week.
- A full web page, size 984 x 4608 pixel, when the Business Name is clicked upon, is included.
- The full page may be populated with any static, art or video content that is supplied by and that is applicable to the listed business.
- Competition platforms are included.
- School Loyalty Platforms are included.
- Monthly Newsletter Exposure is included
- Mobi-Site Business Info Page Listing is included.
- Website footer Exposure is included
- Website Footer Detail will be cryptic, only name of Business and one contact detail. Only the first 50 subscription will be accomodated in the Footer.
The Order and Purchase Procedure regarding subscriptions.
- A price list /quote is sent by Schoolbrands to the potential advertiser via email.
- The respective replies intend to advertiser to ads@bulkbrands.co.za.
- Schoolbrands invoices the applicable business.
- The business settles the account.
- Proof of payment with invoice number as reference is emailed to admin@schoolbrands.co.za.
- Schoolbrands Emails the list of applicable information that is needed for the listing.
- The business supplies the detail.
- The advertisement is placed timelessly with the weekly bulk changes to the applicable website or Email template.
